These terms explain the rules that apply when you access or purchase Bulk Gemini Watermark Remover.
Effective: 27 October 20262. Authorised use
You may process only media that you own or are legally authorised to edit. You must not use the service to infringe copyright, remove ownership information unlawfully, misrepresent content ownership, facilitate fraud or violate applicable law.
3. Accounts and trials
You are responsible for your account and login security. The free trial is limited to one claim per eligible account and lasts for the displayed period. Attempts to create duplicate accounts or evade usage restrictions may result in suspension.
4. Payments and access
Prices are shown before checkout in INR. Paid access is activated only after payment is captured and verified by the server. A debit notification alone does not establish a successful purchase. Failed or reversed transactions do not create access.
5. Service limitations
Results vary by watermark pattern, resolution, codec, compression, browser and device capacity. “Unlimited bulk” means the application does not impose a fixed queue-count limit; actual throughput depends on the user’s hardware, browser, storage and available time.
6. Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, restrict or discontinue features for security, legal or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every file or a particular output result.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as available.” You remain responsible for source files, backups, rights clearance and reviewing outputs before publication or delivery.
