How access is delivered
After a payment is captured and verified, plan access is issued electronically to the signed-in account. Users are redirected to the browser-based tool and can also review access status from the account dashboard.

Activation is normally immediate after successful server verification. Bank debit messages, authorised-but-uncaptured payments and failed payments do not confirm delivery. Delayed payment status updates may require reconciliation with Razorpay or the issuing bank.
Plan duration
- Free trial: one hour from successful activation, limited to one eligible claim per account.
- Monthly: 30 days from verified activation.
- Yearly: 365 days from verified activation.
- Lifetime: ongoing access to the current toolset, subject to the Terms and continued service operation.
Technical requirements
A modern supported browser, JavaScript, sufficient device memory and local storage space are required. Video processing speed and output support depend on the browser, device and media codec.
Access not delivered?
If a captured payment does not activate access, email playtechnicaltamil@gmail.com with your registered email and Razorpay payment ID. Review the Refund & Cancellation Policy for eligible requests.
